You understand and acknowledge that participation in voice training, vocal exercises, breath work, and related activities involves inherent physical and physiological risks, including but not limited to vocal fatigue, strain, discomfort, dizziness, changes in sensation, or temporary changes in vocal function.
By participating in any program, service, or activity offered by VOICE MENTOR MASTERY, LLC, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks, outcomes, and effects arising from your participation.
You agree to stop any activity that causes discomfort or concern and to seek guidance from a qualified medical or healthcare professional if necessary.
Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own health, voice, body, decisions, actions, and results.
Results from voice training vary between individuals. No specific outcomes or improvements are guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL VOICE MENTOR MASTERY, LLC, ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OR REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE, PROGRAMS, CONTENT, SERVICES, OR MATERIALS PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY.
This includes, without limitation, damages for personal discomfort, vocal strain, emotional distress, loss of income, loss of data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such cases, liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Third-Party Platforms and Content
We may deliver services or host communities on third-party platforms (including Skool). VOICE MENTOR MASTERY, LLC is not responsible for the operation, policies, or conduct of third-party platforms, and your use of such platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Community Participation
Certain programs may include access to an online community. Participation is a privilege, not a right.
We reserve the right to remove any participant at any time, for any reason, if we determine that their participation is disruptive, misaligned, or not in the best interest of the community.
Payments and Refunds
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information for any purchases.
Each product, program, or service will specify its own pricing and refund policy. No refunds are provided unless explicitly stated in writing.
Access to paid content may be suspended or terminated if payment fails or is reversed.
